Established in 1970, Glenfield Preschool Kindergarten – GPK was initially a community hall in Glenfield then a preschool has been running for a successful 11 years under the ownership of Mrs. Nilani De Silva who has 20+ years experience in the industry.

This approved long daycare centre caring for 29 children aged between 6 weeks – 6 years is committed to providing the children with high quality care employing the Early Learning Years framework and National Quality standards. The centre’s intention to provide high quality care to children is demonstrated through their ongoing relationship with the community around them.

The philosophy of Glenfield Preschool Kindergarten is to provide current and quality early education to children from all types of background so that they are equipped with lifelong social skills such as independence, competence and interrelating with others. This solid foundation will allow the child to be equipped for to the start the next chapter of their school life.

We have an open door policy at our centre and parents are welcome to spend time with their children whenever they are able to.
